The pipeline of talented receivers playing in Mike Leach’s Air Raid continues to flourish. Days after Dwyer (Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.)¬†¬†receiver Isaiah Johnson flipped his commitment from Florida to Washington State, the Cougars got another commitment¬†from a highly touted receiver when Dezmon Patmon from Patrick Henry High (San Diego, Calif.) picked the Cougs in a ceremony aired live on KUSI TV in San Diego.

Patmon (6-foot-4, 202 pounds) is a tall, rangy receiver with good speed who picked WSU over offers from Cal, Boise State, Colorado, UNLV and Colorado State. He’s rated a three-star prospect by Rivals.com.

Patmon played both receiver and safety at Patrick Henry High, and had 669 yards and five touchdowns in his senior season. He took an official visit to WSU earlier this month.

Patmon is now the sixth receiver in WSU’s 2016 recruiting class.
