9:20 | Steven Montez connects with Mill Creek’s own Daniel Arias for a 37-yard score, the true freshman’s first career reception. The score comes two plays after Ben Burr-Kirven forced a fumble but the Huskies couldn’t recover. Colorado 7, UW 0.

11:46 a.m. Some big injury news from the Colorado sideline: A quartet of Buffaloes, including star receiver Laviska Shenault, will reportedly not play today.

Meanwhile, Huskies running backs Myles Gaskin and Salvon Ahmed both suited up for warm-ups, but Sean McGrew was taking first-team reps. Gaskin didn’t participate in final warm-ups, indicating he could be at risk of missing the first game of his career.
