As the No. 15 Huskies hit the road trying to remain in the driver's seat in the Pac-12 North race, they'll be looking to repeat last year's sack barrage at Husky Stadium that ended in a 38-7 win. Although this year, it's freshman Chase Garbers under center, not Bothell's Ross Bowers.

4:51 | What happened here? Uhh, well it ended it a 26-yard field goal from Peyton Henry. On 3rd and goal from the 9, it appeared Cal had intercepted Jake Browning (right, he’s back in) … but muffed it, recovered by UW. Ruled an incomplete pass, leading to fourth down. Cal 12, Huskies 10.

6:56 | The Huskies needed a jolt, and Aaron Fuller may have given them one. He takes this punt return 28 yards to the Cal 22-yard line.

QUARTER 3

0:01 | It took two passes for Browning’s backup, Jake Haener, to throw an interception. Evan Weaver returned it 37 yards for a go-ahead touchdown. Cal’s two-point conversion attempt is no good. Cal 12, Huskies 7.

1:56 | This is not a drill: That’s Jake Haener, not Browning, under center for the Huskies. The senior QB has been benched, at least temporarily. He was 8 of 15 for 109 yards with a TD and INT, letting a sleepy UW offense get outgained by Cal, 207-192 to this point.

13:51 | On 3rd and 8, Jake Browning goes deep to Sean McGrew for 41 yards to the Cal 32. But the drive stalls and UW turns it over on downs. Huskies 7, Cal 6.

2:33 | In Cal territory again, Jake Browning is intercepted by Camryn Bynum, but the Golden Bears aren’t able to convert it into points. Huskies 7, Cal 3.

7:40 | Washington is on the board. Jake Browning completes a 14-play, 64-yard drive with a toss to Ty Jones, who tip toes in the back of the end zone to stay in bounds. Huskies 7, Cal 0.

10:10 | Ty Jones goes up to make the first big play of the game, down to the Cal 7. But after a length review, it is ruled incomplete, setting back the Huskies to fourth down on the 31, which Jake Browning scrambles to convert. Huskies 0, Cal 0.
