UW forward is one of 12 conference all-stars who will play two exhibition games against the Australia Men's National Team.
Washington’s Matisse Thybulle is among a dozen Pac-12 men’s basketball players who will compete on an all-star team in an pair of July exhibitions against the Australian Men’s National team.
Thybulle, a 6-foot-5 guard, averaged 6.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.1 steals as a freshman last season.
The other Pac-12 all-stars include: Washington State forward Josh Hawkinson, USC guard Jordan McLaughlin, Colorado forward Wesley Gordon, Arizona guard Kadeem Allen and center Chance Comanche, Arizona State guard Tra Holder, California guard Stephen Domingo, Oregon State forward Drew Eubanks and guard Stephen Thompson Jr., Stanford guard Dorian Pickens and Utah guard Lorenzo Bonam.
College Basketball Hall of Famer Mike Montgomery, who coached at Stanford and California, will lead the Pac-12 all-stars.

The Pac-12 team begins its six-day trip with a scrimmage against a semi-professional from the South East Australian Basketball League on July 10 before its July 12 and 14 games against the Australian national team. The exhibitions will serve as a tuneup for the Aussies, which is preparing for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
Former WSU stars Aron Baynes and Brock Motum are among the 17 finalists for the Australian team headed to the Olympics.
Thybulle is the second Husky in the past two years to represent the program on all-star teams playing abroad. In 2014, Andrew Andrews highlighted a Pac-12 contingent that played in China.
