Three Sounders pose with strategically placed soccer balls on local magazine cover

Sounders Nelson Valdez, Tyrone Mears and Zach Scott are on the cover of the May/June addition of local lifestyle publication Ville Magazine, holding strategically placed soccer balls over bare torsos.

Asked to guess which players would be mostly likely to pose for such a photo shoot, I quickly got both Valdez and Mears but would have run through almost the entire roster before tabbing Scott. 

Sounders director of performance and sports science Dave Tenney is also interviewed in the issue, though not, disappointingly, featured in the photo spread.
