Aaron Menzies, the 7-foot-3 center for Seattle University who helped lead the team to a 20-14 record last season, has pulled his name from the NBA draft.
Menzies, who averaged 11.3 points, 8.9 rebounds and 2.3 blocks in 26.9 minutes per game as a junior last season, declared for the draft last month.
In the meantime, Seattle U recruited and signed Jacob Eyman, a 6-foot-8 forward, who originally committed to UTEP before coach Tim Floyd stepped away last season.
Seattle U also has Myles Carter, a 6-9 inside player who transferred from Seton Hall and sat out last season because of NCAA transfer rules.
With Carter becoming eligible and the addition of Eyman, it appears Menzies will transfer to another school for his senior season.
