There was one mild surprise on the Seahawks’ injury report for Wednesday as running back Marshawn Lynch sat out with a calf injury.

Kam Chancellor returns

Lynch usually sits out on Wednesday with the non-injury designation, signifying that he’s just sitting out to rest. The fact that Lynch usually sits out on Wednesday, could mean the calf is no big deal. Lynch sat out one series in the loss to the Packers Sunday due to what coach Pete Carroll said was an issue with his neck. There was no mention of an issue with his calf.

Also listed as out on Wednesday was CB Tharold Simon, who continues to be bothered by a toe injury, and safety Steven Terrell, who hurt his hip against Green Bay.

Listed as limited were LBs Mike Morgan and Bobby Wagner.

Morgan is on the mend from a hamstring injury that held him out the first two games.Wagner has been dealing with an ankle issue that also had him limited in practice last week.

Listed as a full participant was CB Cary Williams (thigh).

Not mentioned on the report was safety Kam Chancellor, who returned to practice on Wednesday and was expected to fully participate.
