Seattle middle linebacker Bobby Wagner is one of the seven inactive players for the Seahawks Sunday against the Carolina Panthers.
Wagner suffered a pectoral muscle in the fourth quarter of last Sunday’s loss at Cincinnati.
The other inactives for the Seahawks are: CB Tye Smith, CB Marcus Burley, LB Brock Coyle, LB Nick Moody, DE Frank Clark, DT Jordan Hill.
With Wagner out, the Seahawks will move K.J. Wright to middle linebacker and have Kevin Pierre-Louis play on the weakside for what would be the first start of his career.

Wagner was listed as questionable to play, officially meaning a 50-50 chance. But coach Pete Carroll said Friday that the decision would likely go to gametime and that one consideration is that the Seahawks play at San Francisco Thursday and the team would also not want to rush Wagner back and risk a re-injury.
All of the inactives for the Seahawks are due to injury, and leaves Seattle sort of vulnerable at the linebacker spot with Wagner, Moody and Coyle all out. That leaves Seattle with just four listed linebackers: Wright, Pierre-Louis, Bruce Irvin and Mike Morgan.
Among Carolina’s inactives is receiver Kevin Norwood, a former Seahawk traded to the Panthers shortly before the regular season.
Carolina’s other inactives include DE Jared Allen, which will force Wes Horton into a starting role, and LB A.J. Klein, who had been the starting MLB the last three games with Luke Kuechly out — Kuechly will return today after being out with a concussion.
Other inactives are: S Dean Marlowe, DB Brandon Wegher, TE/FB Richie Brockel and T Daryl Williams
