With three simple words Friday afternoon, Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson revealed the news that he has gotten engaged to singer Ciara.

“She said Yes!!!” Wilson tweeted, which included a short video of the moment.

“She said yes,” Wilson can he heard saying in the video, followed by Ciara saying, “I’m so excited” while showing off a ring that doesn’t lack in size. Wilson added, “Making this thing happen.”

Shortly after, Ciara posted a tweet that read “I feel Complete,” with a photo of Wilson proposing to her.

People Magazine reported that the proposal took place at the aptly titled Honeymoon Beach on the North Island of the Seychelles, which is in the Indian Ocean off East Africa.

According to People, Wilson “gave his future wife 30 possible destinations in the world to guess where she was headed.” People reported that Ciara “was shocked when they landed in the Seychelles at the exclusive resort North Island.”

The two have been dating for about a year.

Wilson was married when he was drafted by the Seahawks in 2012 but announced in April 2014 that he was getting divorced.

Ciara, 30, previously had a public relationship with the rapper Future, with whom she has a son.

It was first revealed that Wilson and Ciara were dating last April.

Wilson spoke extensively about his relationship with Ciara last July, saying then:  “I told somebody ‘that’s the girl I want to be with before I even met her. I was like ‘I’m probably going to end up with Ciara.’ She’s a special girl.”
