The Seahawks had scored 15 points in their first two games this season. Thanks to running back Christine Michael, they already had 14 points before the first quarter was even done.

Michael scored the first touchdowns of his NFL career Sunday, including a 41-yard run less than a minute into the game. After the 49ers punted, the Seahawks went right back to work, driving 62 yards in 14 plays with Michael scoring on a 4-yard run to put the Seahawks ahead 14-0 with 4:08 left in the first quarter.

The Seahawks, who had 112 yards rushing in their opening game against Miami and 124 against Los Angeles, already had gotten 71 rushing yards from Michael in the first quarter. Seattle also dominated time of possession in the first quarter, keeping the ball for 11:18.
