The Seahawks were barely getting acquainted on offense when the Broncos wreaked havoc Friday, forcing quarterback Russell Wilson to fumble on the second play from scrimmage. On second and eight from the Seattle 15, linebacker Von Miller brought Wilson down and jarred the ball loose. Linebacker Todd Davis recovered the ball at the Seattle 10 45 seconds into the game.

The Seahawks defense held, collecting a sack on second down and forcing the Broncos to settle for a 28-yard field goal with 12:21 left in the first quarter.
