BALTIMORE — Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman saw the picture, the one of three airport employees at Sea-Tac posing with a dreadlocked man they thought was Richard Sherman. Except that the dreadlocked man in the picture was actually rapper Waka Flocka Flame.

“That was funny,” Sherman said. “That was pretty funny.”

Waka Flocka also found it funny, tweeting out a reaction to the photo.

The rapper texted Sherman after the picture went viral with a special request.

“He said, ‘Send me a jersey,’” Sherman said. “He thought it was pretty funny too and said that he just went with it. He asked me to send him a jersey so I’m going to send him a jersey.”
