Mitchell Baldridge of Edgewood defeated Trevor Yu of Vancouver, B.C., 2-up in the 36-hole final match to win the 117th Pacific Northwest Men’s Amateur Championship at The Home Course in DuPont.

Baldridge never trailed. He finished the match with a par on the 36th hole.

When asked about how it felt to have his name on the same trophy as Tiger Woods, Baldridge said, “It didn’t hit me until I started looking at the names on the trophy. It’s pretty surreal. I usually don’t get too excited about things, but it’s pretty cool to see that.”
