Hoping to watch the Mariners broadcast Friday night? You won’t find the game on ROOT Sports.
Friday’s 6:40 p.m. game vs. the Chicago Cubs at T-Mobile Park will be exclusively shown on Apple TV+ as part of the streaming platform’s “Friday Night Baseball” broadcast.
To watch the game, fans will need an Apple account and to sign up for Apple TV+. If you don’t have a subscription, Apple offers a two-month free trial when you sign up. The streaming platform charges $9.99 per month.
The Mariners will have three games featured on Apple TV+ this season, including Friday’s game. The others are on May 31 vs. the Angels and June 14 vs. the Rangers.
Friday’s game kicks off a short six-game homestand, beginning with the Cubs. Bryce Miller will take the mound for the Mariners (5-8) on Friday as Seattle looks to build on Wednesday’s extra-inning win.
