Three members of the Everett Silvertips were taken Saturday in the NHL draft, including Everett native Wyatte Wylie.

Wylie, a defenseman, was selected by the Philadelphia Flyers in the fifth round (127th overall).

Wylie, 18, is the first Everett-born player to be selected in the draft with development experience in Everett Youth Hockey and the Jr. Silvertips program.

Wylie joins 18-year-old teammates Connor Dewar (forward, third round, Minnesota) and Riley Sutter (forward, third round, Washington) as the most Silvertips taken in the draft since 2010.
