A committee of KingCo Conference athletic directors on Tuesday released its own review of allegations against the Bellevue High School football program. The report included an overview, list of allegations and findings, and six sanctions.
The KingCo Conference Self-Report Committee’s sanctions included banning Bellevue from postseason play for four years, limiting the varsity and JV teams to 3A league games for two years, and no out-of-state games for four years.
In a sanction clearly aimed at Bellevue’s rich booster club, the committee said it will not allow any donations from outside entities for four years. It also tightened oversight for transfers.
