That’s what the Monroe Bearcats did Friday night to Glacier Peak, beating the Grizzlies 64-6 and improving to 5-0. That helped Monroe debut at No. 9 in the Seattle Times Class 4A state football rankings.
Monroe plays Lake Stevens, ranked No. 5, on Oct. 28 in a game worth putting on your calendar.
In the Class 3A rankings, Garfield (5-0) debuts at No. 10 after piling up blowout wins in the Metro League.
There’s a newcomer in the Class 2A rankings as well as West Valley of Spokane (5-0) debuts at No. 10.
