Gina Marxen scored 22 points to lead Eastlake past Redmond and Haley Strowridge scored 19 points for a Stanwood win over Marysville-Getchell.

Eastlake 56, Redmond 47

The Eastlake Wolves held off the Redmond Mustangs in a KingCo 4A match-up. Gina Marxen scored a game-high 22 points, while teammate Sarah Priestley finished with 14 points for the Wolves. Redmond’s Maddie Egberg led the Mustangs with 12 points and three rebounds. Andrea Dang was the only other Mustang to reach double figures, finishing with 10 points, including 4-4 from the field.

Stanwood 67, Marysville-Getchell 44 

The Stanwood Spartans outscored the Marysville-Getchell Chargers 3826 in the second half, as the Chargers knocked off the Spartans in WesCo 3A action. Mikail Montez scored a team-high 19 points for the Charges, while Carley Wika also added 13 points. Stanwood’s Haley Strowridge led the Spartans with 19 points and Ashley Alter finished with 15 points.

Jackson 56, Kamiak 47 

Kamiak’s Taylor Adcock scored 16 points as the Knights cruised to a WesCo 4A win. Sami Wendt was the only other player for the Knights to reach double figures, finishing with 11 points. Jackson’s Imari Clinton scored a game-high 25 points in a losing effort.
