But sending RB Kyle Bell repeatedly into the smaller Navy defensive line might be CSU’s biggest advantage. Navy’s ground game, tops in Division I-A, figures to produce vs. the Rams’ run defense. QB Lamar Owens and FB Adam Ballard will carry most often.
