The 19 homes planned at Marymoor Vistas will have covered rear decks and patios offering territorial views.
REDMOND — Toll Brothers has begun selling its newest community, Marymoor Vistas. The view-oriented collection will include 19 homes with a variety of open designs.
Perched above Marymoor Park, the homes will have covered rear decks and patios offering territorial views. The community is served by the Lake Washington School District and is within 2 miles of both downtown Redmond and Microsoft’s main campus.
“It’s a dream location,” says Robert Brown, the community sales manager at Marymoor Vistas. “You’re less than 10 minutes from Microsoft; you can ride your bike to shopping and dining at Redmond Town Center; and you’re close to Marymoor Park, a recreational haven offering a dog park, Velodrome, concerts in the park and more.”
Two homes are under construction and will be completed by the end of the year. One home features the Enatai design and will eventually serve as the community’s model home. Its 3,934 square feet of living space span three floors, and there is a three-car tuck-under garage. The first floor has a bonus room, as well as convenient guest quarters with a separate bedroom and bathroom, ideal for overnight visitors.
The Enatai’s main floor consists of a great room, formal living room and formal dining room. A gourmet kitchen has a center island and opens on one side to the great room, which grants access to the rear yard. The other side blends into a breakfast nook with a covered balcony, “perfect for relaxing morning coffees overlooking beautiful territorial views,” says Brown.
Upstairs are three auxiliary bedrooms and the master suite, including a luxurious bath with a corner tub. The master also has a walk-in closet spanning the entire bedroom and bathroom.
Homes at Marymoor Vistas are situated on oversite homesites and offer a blend of contemporary and traditional exteriors, creating a diverse street scene.
“We don’t solely build all modern or all traditional homes, which really gives our buyers the chance to choose something that fits their personality,” says Brown. “Buyers also have the opportunity to personalize the interior of their home with help from a professional designer at the Kirkland Design Studio. They can choose everything from paint colors to flooring to lighting. No two interiors look the same in a Toll Brothers home. Each home reflects the homebuyer’s individual taste and style.”
