BOTHELL — Meridian Grove is a cul-de-sac neighborhood of 15 single-family homes in the Canyon Park area north of Bothell.

Built by Toll Brothers, the boutique collection will feature homes with four or five bedrooms and two- or three-car garages. Floor plans range in size from 3,144 to 4,199 square feet, and some feature daylight-basement designs. There are a variety of exterior styles, including contemporary, Craftsman, Colonial and Shingle.

“Our contemporary design continues to be very popular — it’s something other builders don’t always offer,” says Dori Rea-Doble, the community sales manager. “All of our homes cater to modern living with 9-foot-high ceilings on both the first and second floors.”

Home designs include the Tekoa, the Broadmoor (with and without basement) and the Jackson.

The largest floor plan is the Broadmoor with basement. It spans 4,199 square feet and includes a lower-level game room and bedroom with full bath. There is a second-floor loft with covered balcony access and an expansive master bedroom suite.

The open kitchen includes a center island that unifies the cooking area with both the great room and dining room.

The Jackson is a new design from the builder that features an open concept and four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It includes a covered rear patio for outdoor entertaining that is accessible from the formal dining room.

The homes will range in size from 3,144 to 4,199 square feet and feature a range of exterior styles.

The Jackson’s kitchen includes a breakfast bar, ample cabinet and counter space, and a sizable walk-in pantry. Additional highlights include a first-floor guest bedroom with walk-in closet and full bath, a mudroom with a closet and storage, and a centrally located laundry space on the second floor.

The third available design is the Tekoa, an open plan with formal living and dining rooms that lead to the family room and beyond. The Tekoa’s kitchen overlooks a bright breakfast nook and also has a center island.

The home’s master bedroom features a double-door entry, tray ceiling, separate lounge area, walk-in closets, and a deluxe master bath with dual-sink vanity, large soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower and private water closet.
