Open houses will take place July 14-15 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Ludlow Cove Cottages and Olympic Terrace II neighborhoods.
PORT LUDLOW — The master-planned resort community of Port Ludlow will host a pair of open houses at its two neighborhoods this month.
The events will take place July 14-15 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Ludlow Cove Cottages, located at 338 Anchor Lane, and Olympic Terrace II, at 490 Mount Constance Way.
Situated in the heart of Port Ludlow is the waterfront neighborhood of Ludlow Cove Cottages. Seven of the neighborhood’s 42 homes remain for sale, including one that is move-in ready. Single-level and two-story designs are available, and each home features an open-concept floor plan, a front porch and a master suite on the main level.
The builder, Westharbor Homes, utilized 360-degree architecture and homesite positioning to optimize the surrounding views.
Olympic Terrace II, Port Ludlow’s newest neighborhood, is located near the golf course and offers access to some of the area’s best hiking and biking trails. The homes are on low-maintenance homesites that feature picturesque mountain views. They range in size from 1,500 to 2,500 square feet, and move-in-ready homes are available.
All of the homes feature Energy Star ductless mini-split heating and cooling systems, low-E windows to minimize heat loss, and optimized lumber and truss packages to reduce building waste.
Port Ludlow is a resort community where homeowners can participate in a range of activities. There are more than 100 clubs, including those for bird watching, photography, walking/jogging, pickle ball and performing arts.
