COVINGTON — Maple Hills features oversize homesites with greenbelt or Mount Rainier views, and will offer a variety of single-family home designs built by CalAtlantic Homes.
“We could not be more excited about Maple Hills and the single-family homes we are offering here,” says Ryan Kemp, the division manager for CalAtlantic Homes. “We also have a limited number of move-in-ready homes, as well.”
Maple Hills features 60- and 70-foot-wide homesites, some of which are elevated to take advantage of mountain views. The community is a secluded enclave that includes a playground and several pocket parks.
Kemp says Maple Hills is the only new-home community of its size currently selling in Covington.
The two-story, single-family homes feature open-concept designs that range in size from 2,337 to more than 2,700 square feet. They include four bedrooms, three baths and two-car garages. Prices start in the low $600,000s.
Great rooms flow into gourmet kitchens with center islands. Owners’ suites include spa-inspired baths. Outdoor fireplaces and enhanced landscaping options are available.
