GIG HARBOR — Garrette Custom Homes has answered the demand for ramblers and master-on-the-main-level home plans with Fox Run, a community of 23 homesites in a peaceful greenbelt setting.

Nine homes in Phase One at Fox Run have been released for presale. Buyers can choose their homesites and work with design consultants to make custom interior choices at Garrette’s 5,000-square-foot design studio.

“As the new-home market advances at a record pace, homebuyers are seeking brand-new homes in quiet neighborhoods, with all the amenities and conveniences of local shopping, restaurants, entertainment and, of course, coffee houses,” says Rebecca Juarez, the new-home sales consultant at Fox Run.

Located at 5615 38th Ave. N.W. in the heart of Gig Harbor, Fox Run is less than a 3-minute drive from Highway 16 and a mile from the main shopping district. Several parks and trails are located nearby.

Leading up to the start of construction at Fox Run, sales information will be available less than 5 miles away at East Harbor Estates, located at 2326 87th St. Ct. N.W. in Gig Harbor.

The homes planned at Fox Run can accommodate two- or three-car garages, covered patios and private backyard. Most of these homes feature an open great room, gourmet kitchen, dining room, a den and up to three bedrooms on a single level.

“With our model under construction, it is clear that the Fox Run project is exceptionally unique,” says Juarez. “Brand-new, quality built homes on flat, buffered greenbelt homesites with great walkability in such a close-in serene setting is hard to find anywhere in the Puget Sound area.”
