On May 18–19, condo buyers can visit the view homes at 210 West Comstock in Seattle.
SEATTLE — Urban 315 and Barcelo Homes have released eight new condominium homes for sale at 210 West Comstock.
This weekend, condo buyers seeking stunning views and beautifully appointed homes will have a rare treat. The penthouse-grade condominiums are located at 210 W. Comstock St. atop Seattle’s Queen Anne hill, with panoramic views of Seattle, Elliott Bay, and the Olympic Mountains.
The condominiums were developed and constructed by Barcelo Homes. Barcelo is known for luxury in-city properties in rare locations, most recently three waterside flats in Madison Park.
The sales and marketing of 210 West Comstock is led by Steve Snider, Jason Foss and Nick Glant, who co-founded Urban 315 I Compass, a division of NWG I Compass which specializes in marketing/selling boutique-scale communities in the Puget Sound area.
Snider, who assisted in sourcing the coveted Queen Anne property, has already sold four of the homes.
“The buyer enthusiasm for 210 Comstock is exciting but not entirely surprising,” he says. “This is one of those rare properties where you have a limited offering, a highly sought-after location, and a developer who understands how to execute on high-end details.”
With 50% of the homes sold in just two weeks (including the penthouse at over $1,700 per square foot), 210 West Comstock is filling a void for discerning condominium buyers who value high-quality, Snyder says.
Each of the homes features an open kitchen with luxurious finishes, a high-end stainless steel appliance package, and an individual outdoor deck or patio space (some with panoramic views of the city and Elliott Bay).
The residences are conveniently accessed via a private elevator that opens directly to the home. Each home comes with a parking space and large finished storage space in the parking garage.
