BOTHELL — Homebuyers will get a taste of something unique on March 10 as Toll Brothers’ Dawson Square community hosts a “Taste of Bothell” event, during which the builder will unveil its newest model home.

Signature food tastings will be available from Amaro Bistro, Caffe Ladro and Revolve, as well as new Bothell restaurant arrivals Poquitos, Prime Steakhouse and Pinkabella.

The celebration takes place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. A ceremony at 1 p.m. will feature a ribbon-cutting by Bothell’s mayor, Andy Rheaume, and remarks by Aaron Hollingbery, Toll Brothers’ Seattle vice president.

Dawson Square is the only new luxury townhome community in downtown Bothell. The location is walkable to shops, eateries and the recently revitalized Bothell Landing riverfront park.

“This is going to be a really special event for our neighborhood,” says community sales manager Jim Summers. “We are excited to celebrate the ongoing revitalization of the Bothell community and offer homebuyers a first look at our spectacular new model home, the Burke Elite.”

The Burke Elite offers 2,097 square feet of living space over three stories, including four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a two-car garage. The model, designed by Ami Samuel Interiors, showcases urban elegance and midcentury-modern flair with warm wood tones, high-contrasting whites, and bursts of citrine, teal blues and mint greens throughout.

“The home welcomes residents into a foyer that leads to a first-floor den,” Summers says. “This convenient reading or working area has contemporary built-in shelving across two walls, making a statement with colorful accessories and books.”

Ascending the Burke’s staircase to the main living area, homebuyers will discover a bright and open floor plan. This level features several window arrangements that fill the home with natural light. The kitchen is designed with mint green subway tiles, white acrylic cabinets and a center island with a breakfast bar.

The Burke Elite has a sizable great room, which includes an attached covered balcony and a radiant fireplace framed by pearl wave textured tile. There is brushed wood-plank oak flooring in a honey tone throughout, complemented by grey tones on the walls.

When complete, the community will include 45 townhomes with two floor-plan options.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is a design highlight. It features a custom art ledge that emulates a headboard, set against the backdrop of a large pearl essence tile that has a three-dimensional look.

There are two additional bedrooms on top floor, including one decorated in a “Camping and Critters” kids’ theme.

Homebuyers at Dawson Square can work with a professional designer from the Kirkland Design Studio to personalize their homes. Touring the model during the weekend event will offer an opportunity to collect ideas for custom paint colors, designer lighting, window treatments and more.
