There will be information about the community's Seven Summits Lodge, including its 31 clubs offered for members.
BONNEY LAKE — Buyers can learn more about life at Trilogy at Tehaleh during the community’s Showcase of Homes on April 21 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event will include tours of models and quick-move-in homes that feature upgrades that were hand-selected by the team at the builder’s Design Center. The private Seven Summits Lodge will also be open, with information about the 31 clubs offered for members.
Activity clubs are a convenient way for Trilogy homeowners to get to know each other, says Jason Kamada, food and beverage manager of the community’s onsite restaurant, The Mantel. He is the leader of Trilogy at Tehaleh’s bike club, which has nearly 60 members.
“It’s been fun watching the Bike Club grow, with more members joining all the time “We have eight bike trips scheduled for this summer and are looking forward to future adventures.”
Other groups available to Trilogy homeowners include outdoor-focused clubs (biking, hiking and pickleball), fitness groups (cardio, water aerobics and dodgeball) and arts clubs (ceramics, knitting, crocheting and sewing).
“We also have special-interest clubs like Travel Talk, a book club, a movie club and a dining club,” Kamada says.
He says the bike club meets on Saturday mornings for easy rides around the neighborhood. This club has biked the John Wayne Trail at Snoqualmie Pass and to lunch at nearby restaurants. They’ve even coordinated with the Mantel’s executive chef to meet the group along a trail with a barbecue meal.
The homes at Trilogy at Tehaleh are available in nine floor plans that range in size from 1,507 to 2,462 square feet and include two or three bedrooms. Prices start from the $400,000s.
Homes feature open great rooms, gourmet kitchens, private master suites and outdoor living spaces, as well as extras such as dens, covered patios and courtyards.
Shoppers can browse an inventory of quick-move-in homes, which feature many of the builder’s most-popular upgrades and finishes.
In the heart of the community is Seven Summits Lodge, Trilogy’s resort-inspired mountain clubhouse. Homeowners have access to the lodge’s Mantel Culinary Ascent. For foodies, there’s Hudson’s Culinary Expedition, a private space for parties, cooking demonstrations, viewing parties and classes.
The Hawk’s Nest has flatscreen TVs, a full-scale golf simulator, billiards and darts, as well as Four Suits, a game space for anything from poker to pinochle.
Fitness facilities at the lodge include the Base Camp Athletic Club, the Flow Body & Mind cardio and mobility studio (which doubles as an artisan studio) and the Two Tides lap pool.
