BONNEY LAKE — The Shea3D home designs at Trilogy at Tehaleh offer buyers the choice of a generously sized, flexible entertaining space or a complete indoor-outdoor living experience.

After selecting one of the two main living spaces — the entertainment-centric or outdoor-centric — buyers then choose their specific features for bedrooms, flexible spaces, utility and creativity room, the home office, the garage and more.

“Flexibility has been a hot trend with homebuyers in recent years, and as a result, the Shea3D concept was born,” says Mark Gray, the area president for Shea Homes, the builder at Trilogy at Tehaleh. “Inspired by consumers’ passions, lifestyles and how they actually live, Shea 3D allows homebuyers to create their dream home by tailoring their primary living space to match their unique lifestyle.”

Trilogy at Tehaleh offers nine single-story floor plans that range in size from 1,507 to 2,462 square feet. Prices start in the $400,000s.

Two floor plans at Trilogy at Tehaleh feature the Shea3D option:

  • The Refresh is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom plan with a two-car garage and 1,863 square feet of living space. It has an open-concept living space, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, a multi-use SmartSpace room, a den, and a guest bedroom with bathroom.
  • The Elate is a 2,132-square-foot plan with two-bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a two-car garage. The home has a master retreat with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, a SmartSpace room, a guest bedroom with bathroom, and a den or optional third bedroom.

In addition, Trilogy at Tehaleh offers seven other single-story floor plans that range in size from 1,507 to 2,462 square feet. Prices start in the $400,000s.

“Buyers can select an available homesite and build from the ground up, choosing the design and structural selections for their dream home,” Gray says. “Or for those looking to move sooner, Trilogy at Tehaleh also has a selection of gorgeous quick-move-in homes, which have features and upgrades carefully selected by Trilogy’s design team. That means buyers simply choose the home they love most, leaving the difficult design choices to the experts.”

He says some quick-move-in homes are available now, with others ready later this summer.
