KIRKLAND — Rosehaven at Bradford Place will host tours of five luxury homes during a special event on April 21, including the community’s model home and three homes available for immediate move-in.

Those who attend the Tour of Homes event can collect a raffle ticket for each home they view, which provides them entry into a drawing for a chance to win multiple prizes, including a $500 Amazon gift card.

Homes on the tour include versions of the builder’s Shoreline and Sherman home designs.

The move-in-ready Sherman Farmhouse is a four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with a two-car garage. It has an open kitchen that blends into the great room and dining room. The kitchen has quartz countertops, a walk-in pantry and stainless steel KitchenAid appliances. There is also a convenient attached mudroom with a built-in bench.

Upstairs, the Sherman has a laundry room, an open loft and four bedrooms, including the master suite with a walk-in closet.

“The Sherman Farmhouse is as appealing on the outside as it is on the inside. It has a covered rear patio overlooking an expansive backyard, which is a really rare feature to find in Kirkland,” says Jason Church, senior project manager. “All of the homes at Rosehaven come with irrigated yards and front-yard maintenance, covered by the community’s homeowner association.”

The Shoreline Shingle and Shoreline Northwest Contemporary home designs are also available to tour. Both are move-in-ready homes with 3,250 square feet of living space, four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Highlights of both homes include hardwood floors throughout the first floor, a curved open stairwell with iron balusters, air conditioning, quartz countertops in the bathrooms and kitchen, and included window blinds.

Visitors to the Tour of Homes event can also learn about the presale designs available at Rosehaven at Bradford Place. Presale homes offer the opportunity for extensive personalization, enabling homebuyers to choose hardwood flooring, custom paint colors, distinctive hardware and designer lighting.

On April 21, the Design Studio will be hosting an open house event of its own. Homebuyers are encouraged to visit the studio from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a brunch-and-browse event. They can view various design options with the help of a professional designer.

“We normally do not open the design studio to the general public, so this is a really great opportunity to view the studio and see the full range of personalization options Toll Brothers offers,” says Church.

Rosehaven is in the sought-after Rose Hill neighborhood of Kirkland. The community’s close proximity to the vibrant downtowns of Kirkland and Redmond offer a variety of fine dining and entertainment options. It also offers swift access to I-405 for quick commutes to Google and Microsoft, as well as employment centers in Redmond and Bellevue.

Rosehaven is served by the Lake Washington School District, including Rose Hill Elementary, Rose Hill Middle School and Lake Washington High School.

“These are unbeatable schools, highly ranked and highly desirable,” says Church. “The location is one of the best in Western Washington. There’s very few available homes in this area and this is a great community. I encourage homebuyers to go on the Tour of Homes this weekend and consider buying soon.”
