KIRKLAND — Jade Residences, the first full-service condominiums built in Kirkland in more than a decade, is off to a strong start since sales began last October, selling 40% of its initial inventory since opening.

The community sits adjacent to the newly built Village at Totem Lake, a $35 million investment with over 1,400 new luxury rental apartments and walkable retail, including Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe’s, a Cinemark luxury movie theater, and numerous dining and shopping options.

The development team — Wade Metz and Mike Walsh from Terrene Urban — are Woodinville natives. The real estate experts have over 60 years of combined leadership experience in the development industry, overseeing the construction of more than 500 multifamily residences and playing prominent roles in the local and regional construction communities.

Metz says the team is passionate about luxury home designs that emphasize livability and cater to the modern city dweller.

“We are thrilled to see the excitement surrounding the project,” he says. “We seized on a rare opportunity to create luxury homes that didn’t exist in the marketplace and we custom designed every finish and amenity to suit an Eastside lifestyle.”

When completed in 2021, Jade Residences will feature a lobby with fireplace, a full-time concierge, a fully equipped wellness center, a dog walk and pet spa, secure private parking with electric charging, a club room with catering kitchen, a private dining area, a rooftop terrace, a fireside patio and an outdoor plaza.

Located at 11903 N.E. 128th Street in Kirkland, Jade Residences has 136 homes with studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, two-bedroom and two-bedroom-plus-den designs. Prices range from $400,000 to more than $1.4 million. Tours of the model home are available.
