NORTH BEND — Mountain Vista at Cedar Falls is a community of 30 homes surrounded by views of Mount Si and Rattlesnake Ridge.

The community is hosting a Fall Festival on Oct. 13 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., featuring kettle corn and a latte cart for warm beverages, as well as tours of its quick-delivery home, the Jackson, which will be completed in February 2019. Limited-time incentives will also be available during the event.

The Jackson is a 3,144-square-foot design with four bedrooms, three bedrooms, a bonus room and an open floor plan.

“This particular quick-delivery Jackson home has a Craftsman exterior with a fantastic view of Rattlesnake Ridge out of all the front windows,” says Jay Finney, the community sales manager. “The entire Mountain Vista community is encircled by a towering backdrop of tree-coated mountains, taking in North Bend’s awe-inspiring landscape.”

The Jackson invites with a covered porch and entry, which flow into a foyer. The foyer leads to an expansive great room and covered patio, which can be personalized with a fireplace and entertaining space, making outdoor living possible throughout the year.

The Jackson’s kitchen includes a large center island with breakfast bar, an upgraded KitchenAid appliance package, a sizable walk-in pantry and ample cabinet and counter space with upgraded quartz slab and full-height backsplash tiling.

There are 9-foot ceilings on the first and second floors, as well as 8-foot interior doors throughout the home.

“The Jackson has a convenient first-floor bedroom for guests or multigenerational living,” says Finney. “All of our homes at Mountain Vista have a first-floor bedroom and bathroom and a second-floor TV loft. Those are the features that our customers have been asking for, so when we designed this community, we included them in every home.”

The Jackson’s master bedroom has a tray ceiling, dual walk-in closets and a master bath with a dual-sink vanity, large soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower and private water closet. The secondary bedrooms feature walk-in closets and a shared full bath with adjacent linen storage.

Additional highlights include a mudroom with storage and a centrally located second-floor laundry.

“This home is one of 30 in an idyllic community — the area’s best-kept secret,” says Finney. “The location appeals to employees from Amazon, Microsoft, Expedia and T-Mobile because the commute is easy. It’s only 20 minutes to downtown Bellevue and 30 minutes to Seattle, which is a lot closer than most of the other outlying areas, simply because of traffic flux.”

In addition to its quick-delivery Jackson home, Mountain Vista offers presale homes, which present extensive personalization opportunities. Mountain Vista is served by the Snoqualmie Valley School District and walkable to Opstad Elementary along a picturesque nature trail.
