BOTHELL — Only eight luxury townhomes remain at Dawson Square, which was just named Best Multifamily Community of the Year at the 2018 Tribute Awards, presented by the New Home Council.

The community, located in the heart of downtown Bothell, also received awards for Best Product Design of a Multifamily Home (1,500-2,500 square feet), Best Interior Merchandising for the model home (2,500-3,000 square feet), and Best Special Event for this year’s Taste of Bothell.

“People want to live here because of the award-winning floor plans and the Toll Brothers brand,” says James Summers, community sales manager. “They have confidence when they know that Toll Brothers is the builder. What’s more, the downtown Bothell location puts residents within walking distance of everything. It’s a fantastic lifestyle. People want to be a part of it.”

Dawson Square s just blocks from the riverfront Park at Bothell Landing; the Bothell Library; quaint Main Street shops and restaurants; and the restaurants, hotel and pool at McMenamins.

“Some of the best homes still available at Dawson Square are right on Main Street, overlooking Volunteer Park,” says Summers. “Homeowners can walk to nearly a dozen restaurants, including Stack 571, Poquitos, The Bine, Revolve and Prime Steakhouse.”

Homebuyers can work with professional designers to personalize the details of their interiors, including countertops, lighting and hardware.

The new community consists of 45 luxury four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhomes featuring unique Northwest contemporary architecture, sleek interior finishes and convenient two-car garages. Home designs include the Burke and Burke Elite, which have bright dining rooms and great rooms with access to a front-covered balcony. Impressive window displays allow plenty of natural light to fill the open floor plans. Homes have well-designed kitchens equipped with a large center island with breakfast bar, and ample cabinet and counter space.

On the bedroom level, a master bedroom is enhanced by a walk-in closet and spa-like master bath with dual-sink vanity, glass-enclosed shower and private water closet. The secondary bedrooms each feature ample closets and shared access to a full hall bath with dual-sink vanity.

Homebuyers are encouraged to tour the Dawson Square community, including its professionally decorated model home and fully furnished “Home of the Month,” a Burke Elite townhome. Purchase of the “Home of the Month” comes with a home-readiness package valued at $10,000, which includes blinds, a refrigerator, a washer and a dryer. In addition, homebuyers who work with the preferred lender, TBI Mortgage, receive an extra $5,000.

“It’s a great opportunity that homebuyers should consider before it goes away,” says Summers. “Now is the time to buy, giving you both the selection and special offerings, including financing, especially considering the way interest rates have gone up in the past year and are projected to go up in 2019.”

For homebuyers interested in personalizing their townhome, Summers adds that Dawson Square offers presale opportunities. Homebuyers can work with a professional designer at the Kirkland Design Studio to choose paint colors, lighting fixtures, hardware and more. Every homeowner is invited to partake in two complimentary design sessions to make their home uniquely their own, she says.
