AUBURN — Up to $5,000 in “flex cash” to use on upgrades or closing costs is available to buyers of the new single-family homes by CalAtlantic Homes at Bridges, a community that features striking Mount Rainier views.
The offer is available for a limited time, according to Ryan Kemp, division manager for CalAtlantic Homes.
“We could not be more excited about Bridges and our single-family homes we offer here with four different two-story floor plans to choose from,” he says. “We also have a limited number of move-in-ready homes, as well.”
The community features family-friendly amenities, including a system of trails, a park, a sports court, a dog park and playgrounds. From Bridges, homeowners are 5 miles away from Kent Station, which offers shopping, entertainment and access to the Sounder commuter train.
For military families, Joint Base Lewis-McChord is about 30 miles from Bridges. The hiking, biking and climbing opportunities at scenic Mount Rainier are just over 40 miles away.
Several public schools are within 1.5 miles of Bridges, including Auburn Mountainview High School, which is a half-mile away.
Each of CalAtlantic’s four single-family floor plans at Bridges has four bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage. The two-story designs range in size from 2,337 to more than 2,700 square feet. Prices start in the high $400,000s.
“CalAtlantic Homes is committed to providing exceptionally constructed and innovatively designed homes that stand the test of time,” Kemp says. “Moreover, their insight and understanding of how families interact within the home and their close attention to detail keeps them at the forefront of building sustainable, appealing communities for homeowners.
“CalAtlantic has brought a blend of artistry and advancement to home design, continuously exploring new ways to craft high-quality homes that address the changing lifestyles of homeowners that can be enjoyed and cherished today and for years to come.”
The builder’s decorated model home is open daily for tours at Bridges.
