Quick-delivery homes are available at McGraw Square, a community of 57 luxury townhomes for sale in Seattle’s historic neighborhood of Queen Anne.
SEATTLE — Toll Brothers has launched its “Beautiful, New and Waiting for You” promotion, highlighting savings on quick-delivery homes across several of the builder’s Puget Sound communities.
McGraw Square is one such community, with 57 luxury townhomes for sale in Seattle’s historic neighborhood of Queen Anne.
“This is a fantastic opportunity because homebuyers don’t have to wait for their home to be built, and they can enjoy incredible savings as well,” says Stephanie Schuessler, community sales manager at McGraw Square. “The promotion runs to Sunday, June 30, so I encourage homebuyers to visit now to take advantage of the limited timeframe.”
At McGraw Square, quick-delivery homes feature the Barrett Elite, Emerson and Emerson Elite floor plans, which span from 1,595 to 1,724 square feet and have three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and one- or two-car garages. They all have contemporary exteriors, an open floor plan and western views from the master bedroom of Magnolia, Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.
“McGraw Square is in a really special location, right in the middle of the Queen Anne community,” says Schuessler. “It’s going to have a tree-lined walkway that leads to front-door patios. Unlike a lot of townhomes, every home available now has an entrance on the main floor. You don’t have to go upstairs to get to the kitchen level.”
Every kitchen features KitchenAid appliances, a large oversized island and quartz countertops. “There are some beautiful upgrades and design touches hand-selected by our professional interior designer,” says Schuessler. “In some homes there is still time to choose finishes, if you hurry.”
Some quick-delivery homes at McGraw Square also include a home-automation package with keyless entry, speaker rough-ins, security camera wiring and designer lighting.
Visitors can walk-through the quick-delivery homes and several presale homes with rooftop decks.
“If you prefer a longer build time, we have some really good opportunities on presale homes. You can personalize with multiple finishes with the help of an interior designer at the Kirkland Design Studio,” says Schuessler.
Construction has begun at McGraw Square, with a community park underway. The community is minutes away from the dining, cultural venues and employment centers of downtown Seattle, and is walkable to the coffee shops and amenities of Queen Anne.
“The community is shaping up to be so gorgeous,” adds Schuessler. “We’ve saved quite a few trees from the original property, and they’re thriving. It’s really rare to have oversized trees in a brand-new development. It looks beautiful.”
