BONNEY LAKE — On June 29, Trilogy at Tehaleh will host Summerfest, a Taste of Trilogy event with live music, food and specialty drinks on The Mantel patio, as well as chef’s demos, a farmers market and much more.
The event takes place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Seven Summits Lodge, the community’s resort club. Summerfest is open to all Trilogy homeowners, guests and community members, and no reservations are needed.
While enjoying Summerfest, guests interested in purchasing a home at Trilogy Tehaleh are invited to tour the model home gallery and the rest of the community designed for residents ages 55 and older. There are 11 floor plans that range in size from 1,342 to 2,462 square feet and priced from the mid-$300,000s.
The all-new Resort Collection offers the first attached homes in the master plan of Tehaleh. Homes in the Resort Collection feature open-concept living spaces that take advantage of every square inch of space. All plans have gourmet kitchens, private master suites and outdoor living spaces.
The distinctive exteriors of the homes create the look of detached homes, yet the attached-home design is ideal for a busy and/or traveling lifestyle.
The Resort Collection includes:

“Trilogy offers an appealing lifestyle to 55-plus buyers,” says Mark Gray, area president for Shea Homes. “It’s close to the conveniences, dining, shopping, and culture of the city, yet also near some of Washington’s famed attractions, and sites like Mount Rainier. The community enjoys natural surroundings and easy access to outdoor activities. There are miles of walking, biking and hiking trails in and around Tehaleh, as well as parks, pickleball courts, a dog park and more.”
Trilogy at Tehaleh’s private club, Seven Summits Lodge, is home to a range of amenities, including a fitness studio, a sports escape with pool tables and big screen TVs, a game room with poker tables, a culinary studio with cooking demonstrations and classes, an indoor lap pool that transforms into a meeting space, a great lawn for outdoor events, and green space surrounding Reflection Lake.
Seven Summits Lodge also has an upscale restaurant called The Mantel Culinary Ascent, which features a menu of curated favorites crafted with local produce, beef from nearby pastures, day-boat catches from coastal fisheries, and wines from leading local producers. The restaurant has a wide selection of offerings, from healthy dishes to comfort food, as well as a variety of wines, craft beers, and spirits served by talented mixologists.
