BONNEY LAKE — Homebuyers interested in making a move in April or this summer are invited to check out the selection of quick-move-in homes at Trilogy at Tehaleh.

The homes are available now or very soon, and have upgrades and finishes that were selected by a professional design team. During April, buyers will receive up to $20,000 in allowance towards options and upgrades on completed quick-move-in homes.

Quick-move-in homes currently available at Trilogy at Tehaleh include:

Cannes: Located on homesite 4006, the 1,779-square-foot single-story home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. The home’s kitchen has a subway-tile backsplash, quartz countertops and maple cabinetry, and the kitchen overlooks a dining area and great room with a full stone fireplace.
