The westbound Highway 2 offramp to northbound Interstate 5 has reopened after a semitruck rollover collision closed it late Thursday morning, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The offramp in Everett reopened shortly after 3 p.m. after an hourslong closure. WSDOT said the semi has been removed from the road but that crews remain at the scene to clean, with concrete and guardrail damage to the ramp.
Everett Avenue under the ramp is still closed in both directions due to debris from the collision.
