The northbound lanes of Highway 20 on Deception Pass reopened Monday night after an hours-long closure due to a tipped semitruck, according to Washington State Patrol.

A semitruck tipped over after 1 p.m. Monday, leaning on the railing of the bridge in Island County and blocking lanes.

The truck was uprighted and being removed from the bridge, Trooper Rocky Oliphant said shortly before 7:20 p.m.

The driver, WSP said, didn’t sustain any injuries.
