Get off the bus, ma’am. Your kid stinks. That’s reportedly what a Metro bus driver told a woman with her diarrhea-afflicted infant. The woman was taking the baby to a clinic when she was asked to get off the bus, which she did. She changed the baby’s diaper, got on another bus and continued her trip. Metro is investigating the complaint, according to KOMO TV who broke the story.
Walmarts, Walmarts everywhere! The retail giant opened three stores in our state yesterday: in Bellevue, Lynnwood and Spokane Valley.  According to the KXLY report, Walmart has some 18,000 employees at 58 locations in Washington. As the greeters say, “Welcome to Walmart.”
Boy Scouts sex abuse files: The files on some 1,250 Boy Scouts of America volunteers suspected of child sex abuse are expected to be made public today. An Oregon attorney will post the information in a searchable database of  the suspected abuse incidents from 1965 to 1985.

Hamster on the loose! A woman stopped for DUI in Beaverton, Ore., had a hamster in her car at the time. The woman told police to just “kill it,” but they didn’t, and it took three of them to catch the critter as it scrambled about the vehicle.
