Seattle police are looking for a gunman after three people were shot early Saturday outside a South Lake Union club.

Seattle Police responded to shots fired in the 1000 block of Fairview Avenue North at about 1:30 a.m. According to police, a group was kicked out of the club for fighting. Afterward, in the parking lot, as many as 30 shots were fired.

Police said they found three men with multiple gunshot wounds, all of whom have life-threatening injuries. One of the men was 24 years old, one was 30, and police didn’t know the third man’s age.

Two cars in the parking lot had bullet holes through the windshields, police said. The victims wouldn’t tell officers what had happened, and the “hostile crowd” tried to interfere with officers as they tried to help the wounded, according to police.

One handgun was found away from the scene, and the scene was locked down while the gang unit, homicide and CSI responded. Police don’t know the age, condition or gender of the shooter, and they don’t know whether the shooter left in a car or ran off.

The nightclub, Citrus Ultra Lounge, was hosting an afterparty following a Mike Epps comedy show at The Paramount Theatre Friday night.
