Spokane police put out an Amber Alert for the 16-year-old girl on Monday, saying she appeared to have run away with a 30-year-old man she met online.
The girl’s mother said her daughter, a sophomore at Rogers High School, is shy and trusting. She is also developmentally delayed.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol found the girl with the 30-year-old man, the Spokane Police Department said on Twitter.
