Seattle police helped corral 10 goats after they escaped from a Beacon Hill property on Thursday.

Police spokesman Drew Fowler said officers were called to the 5000 block of South Wallace Street by someone who saw goats roaming in the street. Police said the goats were chasing a group of children.

“A passer-by called because, well, they were goats,” Fowler said. “They were not landscaping goats.”

The goats were safely returned to their owner “after a brief hoof chase,” he added.
