Seattle police are investigating a possible luring after a man followed a teenage girl from a South Park bus stop Wednesday morning.

The 14-year-old girl told officers she was alone at a bus stop near South Trenton Street and 10th Avenue South when a man in a car pulled up around 8:30 a.m., and began asking questions about where she was going and what she was doing, according to Seattle police. The girl became nervous and walked away from the bus stop, but the man followed her in his car.

The man, who was driving an older sedan with dull silver paint, eventually turned around and drove off, police said.

The girl got on her school bus and called police.
