Nine people were arrested in Kitsap County on suspicion of a range of charges involving sexual exploitation of children during a two-week undercover investigation by authorities, according to the Washington State Patrol.

The range of accusations in the unrelated cases included sexual abuse of a child, possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a child, the State Patrol said.

“The operation generated hundreds of responses, with nine individuals agreeing to meet at a predesignated location,” says a  news release.
