An ATM was taken from South Seattle College in a break-in that was reported around 2 a.m. Tuesday.
A thief apparently broke through a locked gate and drove a pickup through a glass door to steal an ATM from the South Seattle College campus early Tuesday morning, according to Seattle Police.
The machine’s unopened safe was found in the backyard of a house in the 3900 block of 97th Street Southwest, in Seattle’s Arbor Heights neighborhood, about 3.4 miles from the college.
Police have not arrested any suspects and are still looking for a white Chevrolet pickup that they believe was used in the break-in. Anyone with information may call SPD’s Southwest Precinct Burglary Unit at 206-233-2623.
