A Redmond couple has been indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly luring a developmentally disabled teenager into prostitution by promising her millions of dollars if she helped them make a “documentary film” about escort services.

David Delay, 48, and his 20-year-old companion, Marysa “Reese” Comer, originally were charged in state court following an investigation by Redmond police. The case has been taken over by federal prosecutors, which obtained conspiracy and interstate sex-trafficking charges against the couple

The charges allege Comer lured the 19-year-old developmentally disabled victim into a three-way relationship with Delay and persuaded her to engage in prostitution in several states including Washington, Oregon, California and Nevada.
