UPDATE: All ramps are back open between Interstate 5 and Lake City Way, state transportation officials reported before 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
Earlier post: Before noon Saturday, crews were continuing to try clear the area around Interstate 5 at Lake City Way and Roosevelt Way Northeast in Seattle. The aftermath of a crash led I-5 lanes to close, starting around 9 a.m.
At about 11:50 a.m. the Washington State Department of Transportation tweeted that crews were working to clear the northbound I-5 ramps to Lake City Way and Roosevelt. Southbound express-lane access was also blocked and no re-opening time had been set.
