Someone apparently broke into an Everett School District shed early this morning and drove off with a pickup equipped with a snow plow, according to Times news partners KING-TV.

The theft happened sometime around 7:30 a.m. from a shed near Everett Memorial Stadium. “It looks like somebody broke into the fenced lot and then into the lot’s garage and then stole a snow-plow-equipped truck and drove out the main exit,” Everett police Sgt. Robert Goetz tells The Herald of Everett.

The truck is described as a yellow 1980 Dodge flatbed truck with a plow on the front and a  sander on the back.  The Everett School District now has just two snow-plow trucks to plow all 26 school sites in the district, according to KING-TV.

If you spot the wayward pickup, call Everett police at 425-257-8450.
