OMAK — Workers are using spring break at Omak High School to repair broken windows and other vandalism damage and losses estimated at $200,000.

Surveillance video shows two vandals wearing hoodies and masks rampaging through the building one night last week for more than three hours. They got away with laptop computers.

Superintendent Art Himmler told The Wenatchee World the school will be ready when classes resume on Monday.

Police have not identified any suspects or motive.

KREM reports “sur” was written on the principal’s wall, a possible reference to the Surenos gang.
