Corpse flowers live up to their name, giving off an overpowering stench to attract pollinators. The one at Amazon’s The Spheres, named Morticia by staff, bloomed Friday night and may not bloom again for seven to 10 years. Want to catch a whiff tonight (Saturday, Oct. 20)? You can make a reservation here (spots are limited). The Amazon Day One Blog has more information about its stinky plant and a livestream here. More information on corpse flowers at the Volunteer Park Conservatory’s website.
